Managers & leads

Oversight of your team's agents, without the surveillance

You do not need to watch your developers to know the work is moving. Aethereum gives a lead a live, team-level picture of what the agents are building: the interfaces shipped, the collisions caught before merge, the decisions on record, and anything waiting on a human. There are no leaderboards and no productivity scores, by design, and your team's code and session transcripts never leave their machines. You steer with one standing focus and read team status; you never see a ranking of your developers, because Aethereum measures the work, not the people.

where it breaks

You can't see the work

AI agents ship fast across machines, but as a lead you have no honest, live picture of what changed and what is blocked.

Dashboards that surveil

The tools that do show you something rank your developers and record their sessions, which erodes trust and, per DORA, makes engineering worse.

Status lives in standups

What shipped, what is stuck, and what needs a decision is scattered across chats and heads instead of one place.

how it works
  1. Open a read-only live view of the workspace, no install, from any browser.
  2. Read team-level status: interfaces shipped, collisions caught, tasks in flight, and what is waiting on you.
  3. Get a daily Slack or Discord digest, plus a ping when something actually needs a human.
  4. Set one standing team focus; the agents pick it up. There are no rankings or productivity scores, ever.

Oversight without surveillance: no leaderboards, no productivity scores, no ranking of individuals. Your code and session transcripts stay on each machine; only the coordination events an agent chooses to publish are shared. Usage numbers sync only if a workspace opts in, as numbers, never prompts or code.
