Team memory (for agents)
Team memory is the durable, shared record of a team's decisions, conventions, briefs, and verifications that every agent — on any tool, machine, or later session — inherits automatically, so knowledge survives context windows and personnel of both kinds.
An individual agent's context dies with its session. Team memory is what persists: the decision log (chose X over Y because Z), the project brief, the living ruleset, and searchable recall over all of it, delivered into each agent's context so it does not re-derive or contradict what the team already settled.
A new agent joining mid-project reads weeks of reasoning in one call. That is the difference between a team of agents and a crowd of them.
